Your business must relate to our product offerings (Scuba, Snorkel, Swim, Paintball or Airsoft). You must include the following information in the email (your info is only used by JAWS for this sample kit request):

- Copy of Business License or Resale Certificate
- Contact person name
- Company shipping address
- Company email
- Company website (if available)
- Company phone (office and mobile preferred)
JAWS WILL NOT SEND SAMPLES OR SAMPLE KIT UNLESS ABOVE CRITERIA IS MET.
